What to Bring to your Hunt
Supplies you'll need for hunting with Grand Prairie Duck Guiding Include:
- Arkansas Duck Stamp
- Federal Duck Stamp
- Valid Arkansas Hunting License
- HIP registration
- Shotgun(s) - We recommend a 12 gauge shotgun with a 3" or longer chamber
- Shells - Ammo - Steel shot BB #1 or #2 Ammunition - premium shells / heavi-shot / supreme / Size 4 or 6
- Waders
- Rain Gear
- Clothing appropriate for temperatures ranging from 75 - 15 F
- Hat
- Gloves
- Camera
Dog Policy
Your experienced, well-trained retriever is welcome to accompany you and work the hunt. If your dog is not experienced hunting under these conditions, we strongly recommend that you utilize the well-seasoned dogs of our guides. The guest lodge is equipped with outdoor kennels for boarding dogs. Dogs are not permitted inside the lodge.
